Please note you will need to have the following documents to hand to complete the sign up process;


  • Your drivers licence (We need a photo of the front, back and a selfie holding the licence) ready to upload.
  • Photographic ID (ie a passport or staff ID) if you only have a paper licence.
  • National Insurance Number.
  • DVLA check code (case sensitive).

Please ensure the photos of your licence and your selfie are clear.


Can I get a car at short notice?

Yes you can.  The booking system works in real-time allowing you to make bookings immediately when you need them or weeks in advance, subject to them being available.  Of course the cars are a shared resource so we would recommend where possible plan ahead and book vehicles in advance to ensure you have one when you need it.

I’m not sure how to drive an electric vehicle.
