We understand that new Members worry that cars won’t be available when they want them. At E-Car, we target a 95%+ availability rate at the time of booking. If this ever drops, we simply add more vehicles to a HUB.

If the vehicle you have booked becomes unavailable for operational issues we aim to contact you via email and phone atleast 48hrs before your booking to let you know if we have been able to change you into a different vehicle or had to cancel your booking.
