You’ll be able to locate the car-keys in the handset in the glove compartment. Enter your PIN to start the booking and these will be released.

It’s worth noting that not all E-Vehicles have conventional keys, or ignition – 

 

Kangoo – Ignition is located on the right of the steering wheel. Press the brake-pedal and turn the key when you’re ready to go. “Go” on the dashboard illuminates when the car has started.

Leaf – Ensure the key is next to the “Start/Stop” button. Press the brake-pedal and “Start” button to the left of the steering wheel, when you’re ready to go. The dashboard illuminates when the car has started.

Zoe – Insert the key-card into the slot below the Stereo and AC. Press the brake-pedal and “Start” button to the left of the steering wheel, when you’re ready to go. The dashboard illuminates when the car has started.

BMW i3 – Ensure the key is near the dashboard. Press the brake-pedal and “Start” button to the left of the steering wheel, when you’re ready to go. The dashboard illuminates when the car has started.
