Your Membership card is used to start and end your booking – so it’s really important that this is kept safe.

If you lose your Membership card, please contact us on 0203 603 22 59. We can invalidate your existing card and issue a new one.

If you’ve misplaced your card whilst on your booking or with a vehicle, give us a call – we’d be happy to help remotely.
