As part of a car club, it’s fundamental that all of our Members value our community and ensure that the car is left how they found it.

When starting your booking, it’s important that you spend 5 minutes to evaluate the exterior and interior of the vehicle for mess and damage.

If you notice anything untoward, please let us know by giving us a call on 0203 603 22 59. We will log your report and may ask you to email over some pictures.

There is nothing too small to report – so please be sure to check this at the start of every journey.

Once we know the nature of the damage or mess, we will be able to dispatch the fleet support and/or valeting team.

We will also be able to evaluate whether it is safe for you to continue with your booking and if necessary move you to another vehicle.
