If you have an E-Car Membership card, it means that you’ve been verified and had your licence checked by us. Because of this, you are insured to drive our vehicles.
Your card is used to start and end your booking – so it’s important that this is kept safe. If you lose your Membership card, please contact us on 0203 603 22 59. We can invalidate your existing card and issue a new one.
If you’ve misplaced your card whilst on your booking or with a vehicle, give us a call – we’d be happy to help remotely.
